On the basis of information received today from Igor's Walilko lawyer, Dr Michael Lehner, panel of the Court of Arbitration for Sport CAS has made a final decision to shorten the period of Ineligibility from 24 to 18 months. This means that Walilko will be officially able to return to racing after 17th of January 2012. The plenipotentiaries of the driver are now getting familiar with the content of reason on this issue and will post an appropriate statement within short period of time.

After 5 shifts of the deadline for a final decision by the CAS without any justification we did not expect anything better. The only positive issue in this case is that Igor won't lose another season. As for the decision of the CAS it is still too early to draw any conclusions or take further legal steps, which we do not exclude - it is very likely, but the most important thing is a justification, which we do not still have in Poland. The only sure information in today's announcement is the fact that Igor in 2012 will be racing with the known KSB Racing Team. He will probably start the season from Wintercup and Margutti Trophy, and then we plan to start in all of the WSK series, Euro Championships and World cup. It is very unlikely that Igor will start in nationals.
